She was late. She treated her way through the mist of sweat, found a seat and dropped into it. Breath was over and out. The crowd were excited beyond comprehension. It was just a simple lecture but the famed professor worked like a magnet. It was her first expression of his class but she was curious ever more than the days before the results of SATs. Suddenly morbid quietude overcame the murmuring bees. He came! And, he went! The lecture finished after an hour and some perspiringly tiring minutes. She learned an important and crucial lesson by the end of it all: the majority is always glamorizingly dumbfounded by reputation!
